.... but not really. Recently just got back from the X Games which was pretty fun, but the shredding was not that great.. because I couldn't ride. ahh! so my knee is still hurt from that crazy ass fall I took up in Quebec, so my daily habbits are Ibuprofen and Ice more then snowboarding and skateboarding. So what do you do in Aspen with a hurt leg.... Well I was put to work interviewing all the shreds who DID compete... We were interviewing them for snowboarder411.com a new web site that will be launching pretty soon, so check it out in a few weeks, and see me interview all the pro;s at the x games, with questions like what is your favorite curse word, who is your favorite porn star, favorite music, color, etc..... pros like Danny Kass, T Rice, Chaz Gouldamond, Hanna Beaman.. and the list goes on and on..... so yeah, check it out , i think it;s up at the end of this month.
I also did a few intro's and stuff for fuel tv which was pretty fun, except you have to repeat yourself 10 times with everything you say in order to get it perfect and to not say .. Uhm, Like , Uhh,... is alot harder then you think.
We ate some very tasty, very expensive sushi dinners and also ate at this little Aspen resteraunt called Little Annies, which has been open in aspen for about 100 years or something... but i wasn't to pumped on the place. I stayed with Pat Moore and his brother and his friend and Brian knox and his wife and kid in the forum house... right in downtown aspen, thanks to Forum we could walk right into town for food, bars, and parties
On the last night we went up on the gondola at 10pm to the top of the mtn. we were with Ryan Shekler and his whole crue and Steve Astiphen (my agent)... Monster threw a huge party at the top of the mtn for all the Pro Shreds to get their party on... there was this dope hip hop group there ... basically a private show,, but i forget who it was ... but he must have been a big deal cause people were tripping on him.... the tram ride down was fun, but it kept rocking back and forth and after a few hours of free drinks, that is not the best situation to be in... It s like being on a rollercoaster in extreme slow motion! ha... we got to the bottom safe without anyone losing their dinner, and went home and crashed.. the next day almost every single flight was cancled do to weather , but for some miricle my girlfriend and I made it onto a flight and got to sunny california that same day :)
